  • 70 g of Ovomaltine cream
  • 8g of finely ground gourmet coffee
  • 60 ml of water at 90 degrees
  • 120 ml of milk
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 cocktail shaker

Preparation method

  • Pour the Ovomaltine cream into the bottom of the mug in which you will serve the mocha;
  • In another mug, strain the coffee using hot water. Set aside.
  • Using a cocktail shaker, shake the milk with the ice until creamy (about 40 seconds);
  • Pour the milk into the mug with the Ovomaltine;
  • Pour the coffee in a straight line;
  • If desired, use a toothpick to gently swirl the drink in a zigzag motion to create designs;
  • Serve.
  • 2. Hidden Nestlé Milk Powder with Ovomaltine Cream

    Ingredients

    • 1 can of condensed milk
    • 4 tablespoons of Ninho milk powder
    • 1 tablespoon of butter
    • 8 Strawberries
    • 5 tablespoons of Ovomaltine cream
    • 1 tablespoon of heavy cream

    Preparation method

  • In a saucepan, combine the condensed milk, powdered milk, and butter. Mix well and cook over medium heat.
  • Keep stirring and, when it starts to come away from the pan, turn off the heat and let it cool;
  • Arrange the slices of 4 strawberries in the bottom of a baking dish or dessert bowl;
  • Add 2/3 of the Ninho cream;
  • Insert the Ovomaltine cream;
  • Slice 4 more strawberries and mix with the cream;
  • Add this mixture on top of the Ovomaltine cream layer;
  • Add the remaining Ninho cream and use a spoon to smooth it out;
  • Sprinkle with Ninho milk powder;
  • Garnish with strawberries;
  • Serve.

    Ingredients

    • Milk chocolate to taste
    • 1 bar of hazelnut flavored chocolate
    • 1/2 carton of heavy cream
    • 4 tablespoons of Ovomaltine cream

    Preparation method

  • Melt the milk chocolate;
  • Distribute the melted chocolate into the Easter egg molds and heart-shaped molds. Reserve some chocolate for the topping at the end.
  • Place the molds in the refrigerator for 15 minutes;
  • Melt the hazelnut chocolate bar. Mix with the heavy cream;
  • Add the Ovomaltine cream and mix until smooth;
  • Remove the eggs from the mold in the refrigerator;
  • Fill the eggs with the Ovomaltine filling;
  • Cover with melted milk chocolate;
  • Add the heart decoration;
  • Return to the refrigerator until the topping hardens;
  • Remove from heat and serve.

    Ingredients

    • 1 can of condensed milk
    • 3 tablespoons of powdered milk
    • 1 tablespoon of butter
    • 2 tablespoons of heavy cream
    • Ovomaltine Cream
    • Powdered milk to taste

    Preparation method

  • In a saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk, powdered milk, butter, and heavy cream. Mix well.
  • Turn the heat to low and stir until it starts to come away from the sides of the pan. At that point, turn off the heat.
  • Transfer the brigadeiro to a buttered plate. Let it cool.
  • Place the Ovomaltine cream in a piping bag;
  • Grease your hands;
  • Make a small ball with the brigadeiro and flatten it. Insert the Ovomaltine cream, close it, and reshape it into a ball. Do this with all the brigadeiros.
  • Roll the brigadeiros in powdered milk;
  • Serve.

    • 100g of premium white chocolate
    • 30g of premium milk chocolate
    • Ovomaltine Cream
    • Creamy brigadeiro or truffle filling

    Preparation method

  • Melt the white chocolate and the milk chocolate separately;
  • Mix the two together. Reserve 1/3 for the topping;
  • Spread into a bar shape and cover with the top mold. Press to shape;
  • Refrigerate until firm;
  • Remove the top mold;
  • Spread a layer of Ovomaltine cream;
  • Fill the rest of the filling with brigadeiro;
  • Cover with the melted chocolate that was reserved earlier;
  • Refrigerate until firm;
  • Remove from the mold, trim any excess from the sides, and serve.
  • 6. Ovomaltine Cheesecake

    Ingredients

    • 125 g of shortbread cookies
    • 10 g of butter at room temperature
    • Water
    • Nuts
    • Almonds
    • 75g of fresh cheese
    • 2 eggs
    • 150 ml of fresh cream
    • 75g of cream cheese
    • 1 pinch of salt
    • 1 vanilla bean
    • 200 g of Ovomaltine cream

    Preparation method

  • Preheat the oven to 190 degrees;
  • Grease the pan with a little butter;
  • Crush the biscuit and mix with the melted butter. Add a few drops of water;
  • Add walnuts and almonds to taste;
  • Spread the dough in the greased pan. Handle it to make it even;
  • In a bowl, add the ingredients in this order: fresh cheese, eggs, heavy cream, cream cheese, and salt. Mix well.
  • Cut the vanilla bean in half and scrape out the seeds;
  • Add the grains to the container and mix;
  • Spread this filling over the dough in the pan;
  • Bake in the oven for 25 minutes;
  • Remove and insert the Ovomaltine cream into the topping;
  • Serve.
  • 7. Ninho milk pie with Ovomaltine cream

    Ingredients

    • 400 g of Maizena biscuits
    • 8 tablespoons of melted butter
    • 1 can of condensed milk
    • 2 cartons of heavy cream
    • 1 cup of Ninho milk
    • 24 g of unflavored, colorless gelatin
    • 250 g of Ovomaltine cream

    Preparation method

  • Crush the cornstarch cookies;
  • Mix with the melted butter;
  • Transfer to a removable-bottom pan and mold;
  • Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven.
  • In a blender, add the condensed milk, heavy cream, and powdered milk. Blend until smooth.
  • Dissolve the gelatin according to the package instructions;
  • Add the dissolved gelatin to the blender and blend again. Set aside.
  • Spread the Ovomaltine cream on top of the baked dough;
  • Leave in the refrigerator for 3 hours;
  • Serve.
