Step-by-step preparation. Rice and vegetable base

  1. To begin, cook the rice in a saucepan with boiling water following the manufacturer’s instructions, 13 minutes with our SOS round rice. When it is ready, drain it well and set aside.
  2. While the rice is cooking, prepare the vegetables. To do this, cut the red pepper and carrots into sticks.
  3. Next, we will separate the broccoli into florets and discard the stem, which we can save for another preparation such as a vegetable puree.
  4. Peel and chop the onion. Now, heat the wok over high heat, adding a dash of oil. When it is hot, add the onion and sauté for 5 minutes.
  5. Once the onion has been sautéed, add the rest of the vegetables to the sauce, adding more oil if necessary. The best way to get that crunchy texture is to stir them constantly, so that they cook evenly.

 



 

 



 

Preparing and sautéing rice

  1. Once the vegetables are al dente, add the chicken with salt and black pepper to taste.
