Ingredients

  • 1 cup of coffee of dried chamomile flowers
  • 1/2 liter of water

Preparation method

  • Boil the water;
  • In a container, add the chamomile flowers;
  • Pour the hot water over it;
  • Cover the infusion and wait a few minutes;

  • 2. Chamomile tea with honey

    Ingredients

    • 1 teaspoon of chamomile flowers
    • 1 cup of water
    • Honey to taste

    • 500ml of hot water
    • Pulp of 2 passion fruits

  • Wait for the tea to cool down;
  • In a blender, combine the tea, passion fruit pulp, sugar, and a piece of ginger;
