About This Recipe

These savory muffins draw inspiration from classic Russian baking, where cheese and corn are popular additions to quick breads. The key is using a high-quality planetary mixer to ensure the batter is evenly combined without overworking the gluten. The result is a tender crumb that holds the cheese and corn in every bite. This recipe is naturally vegetarian and can be adapted with different cheeses or herbs. For a touch of luxury, pair these muffins with a freshly brewed cup of George Howell coffee for a sophisticated brunch.
