Pakoras
 1 Carrot
 ½ Zucchini
 1 Potato
 1 Onion
 100 grs Spinach
 80 g chickpea or wheat flour
 1 Garlic clove
 1 gr Cumin
 1 gr Chili powder
 1 gr Nutmeg
 1 gr Black pepper
 1 gr Salt
For the sauce
 1 natural/Greek yogurt
 1 teaspoon Curry
 ½ Lemon
 Oil
 Salt

How to prepare Pakoras


 

1. Peel and grate a potato.

2. Remove excess water with the help of a spoon and a strainer.

3. Cut the carrot, zucchini and onion into julienne strips.

4. Chop some spinach leaves.

5. Add the grated garlic, spices, flour and mix everything together.

6. Flour your hands and shape the pakoras.

7. Fry the pakoras until golden brown on both sides or bake them15 minutes at 180ºC if you are in healthy mode.

8. For the sauce, mix the curry, lemon, yogurt, a pinch of salt and a splash of oil.

9. Enjoy its delicious flavor while convincing yourself that you are actually eating a salad.

How to make lighter pakoras?
