With this baked sea bass recipe, you can make two servings of fish if prepared as a main course and four servings if prepared as a main course. Remember that this recipe works with any type of blue or white fish, whether you prepare whole pieces or individual fillets.

How to prepare baked sea bass

1. Preheat oven to 200˚C.
2. On a baking sheet, place the sliced ​​onions and bell pepper. Add a drizzle of oil and a pinch of salt and mix well with your hands.

3. Peel, wash, and slice the potatoes. Place them on top of the vegetables to form a bed for the sea bass, avoiding excessive overlap. Bake the vegetables for35 minutes .

4. When the vegetables are ready, place the sea bass on top, open at the back. Add oil, salt, and a splash of white wine and bake the sea bass for20 minutes

5. In a frying pan with olive oil, fry the chili peppers and sliced ​​garlic until golden.

6. Remove the fish from the oven when it's ready and pour the sauce over it.

7. Serve the sea bass fresh out of the oven.
