    Preparation method

    Preparation method

  • Cook the rice and set aside;

  • Cut the onion and carrot into small cubes;
  • Grate the garlic cloves;
  • Place the butter in a frying pan and add the onion, carrot, and garlic;

    • 150 grams of chicken breast

    • Ginger
    • Soy sauce
    • Salt

    Preparation method

  • Cut the chicken into small cubes and season with ginger, soy sauce, and salt;

    • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
    • Raisin
    • Mint
    • Parsley
    • Sunflower oil
    • Oil

    Preparation method

  • Cook the chicken, reserve the broth, and shred it;
  • Hydrate the raisins with a little of the chicken broth;
  • Slice the onion and fry it in oil until it darkens. Be careful not to burn it.
