Ingredients

  • 2 mackerel fish
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 80 ml of water

Preparation method

  • In a frying pan, add the oil and brown the red onion;
  • Meanwhile, crush the tomatoes in a food processor;
