  • 1 cup of milk
  • 50 g of butter
  • 1 cup of wheat flour
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 shredded chicken breast
  • 1 can of peeled tomatoes
  • 1 finger chili pepper
  • 2 cups of chicken broth or water
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of potato starch
  • 2 teaspoons of milk
  • chopped parsley
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Oil

Preparation method

  • Place the milk and butter in a saucepan. Heat over medium heat until the butter melts. Turn off the heat.
  • Add the wheat flour. Stir with a wooden spoon or spatula;
  • Turn the heat back on. Let it cook for 5 minutes;
  • Place the dough on a floured work surface. Knead while still warm;
  • Once the dough is smooth, cover it with plastic wrap. Let it rest.
  • Sauté the chopped onion in a hot frying pan with a little oil;
  • When it starts to brown, add the garlic;
  • Add the shredded chicken, peeled tomatoes, chili pepper, and chicken broth;
  • Wait until it cooks to obtain a thick, red sauce;
  • Season with salt and black pepper;
  • In a bowl, dissolve the potato starch with the 2 tablespoons of milk. Pour over the chicken. Mix well.
  • Wait for the sauce to thicken and add chopped parsley;
  • Roll out the dough using a rolling pin. It should be about ½ centimeter thick.
  • Cut the dough with a glass;
  • Place the circle of dough in your hand. Add the filling. Fold the dough into a half-moon shape. Pinch the edges of the dough together with your fingertips.
  • Heat enough oil in a pan to cover the risoles;
  • Dip the risoles in water and then in breadcrumbs;
  • Fry.

    Ingredients

    • 1 chicken breast
    • ½ liter of chicken broth
    • 1 chicken bouillon cube
    • ½ liter of milk
    • 250 ml of water
    • 800 g of wheat flour
    • 1 tablespoon of margarine
    • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
    • 1 chopped tomato
    • 1 large onion
    • 1 beaten egg
    • Milk
    • Oil
    • Scallion
    • Cumin
    • Black pepper
    • Salt
    • Water
    • Breadcrumbs

    Preparation method

  • In a saucepan, add the chicken broth, the chicken bouillon cube, the milk, and the water. Bring to a boil;
  • Add the wheat flour. Stir well until the wheat flour is incorporated into the other ingredients;
  • Add the margarine. Mix until you obtain a smooth dough. Set aside.
  • Sauté tomato paste, chopped tomatoes, chopped onion and scallions, cumin and black pepper in a pan with a little oil;
  • Add a little water and the shredded chicken. Season with salt and add paprika.
  • Wait until it's cooked and the sauce is completely dry;
  • On a floured surface, knead the dough;
  • Roll out the dough and cut out shapes using a glass;
  • Fill the dough with the chicken. Fold it over. Seal the edges with your fingertips.
  • Dip the risoles in beaten egg with a little milk. Then coat them in breadcrumbs.
  • Fry in hot oil.

    • 250 ml of milk
    • 250 ml of chicken cooking broth

    Preparation method

    Preparation method

  • In a saucepan, combine the chicken broth and butter. Bring to a boil;
  • Add the wheat flour and mix vigorously until the dough starts to come away from the sides of the pan. Set aside;
  • Sauté the onion with olive oil and a pinch of saffron in a pan;
  • When the onion is golden brown, add a little water and the tomato sauce. Stir;

    • 250 ml de leite
    • 250 ml do caldo de cozimento do frango

    • 300 g de farinha de trigo
    • 200 g de batatas cozidas e espremidas
    • Orégano
    • 1 ovo batido
    • Farinha de rosca

    Modo de preparo

  • Coloque a água e o tablete de caldo de galinha em uma panela. Misture bem até o caldo dissolver;
