The oven heated up quickly. We cranked it up to max for the first use to burn off what ever is inside a new stove that smalls like burning plastic. Yes I removed all of the packing tape first. Both ovens have a sliding lower drawer, avery nice feature.

I hired a professional to install and they had no issue with it. We finally tested this oven today with real food, and it turned out very good. We used the self-cleaning mode for both lower and upper oven, and not sure it really cleaned or not- but it worked fine.
It has little noise when running, but that’s totally durable. I did not know convection is only for upper oven, but that’s okay. Based on my research, this is the first oven Koolmore made for normal household. But I’ve known Koolmore as a commercial appliance brands for a long time, so I just trusted their quality.

I have it set up basically touching my 75 inch tv (it recommends at least 1 inch on the sides and a little more in the back, but still doesn’t get super hot) and on top of a mini fridge (I put an insulation pad under it because the fridge recommends not putting hot stuff on top).
