MY REVIEW
I searched high and low for months and months to find a good Toaster oven that is small enough to fit on the countertop and has stainless interior.
Apparently this is the smaller size out there. It is NOT small by no means. It is big but if t his is the price for having stainless interior so be it. I wish I could buy smaller one but I could not find one. This one though has so many featuers and is gorgeous that is instant keeper.
How big it is ? It is big. It is about the size of a microwave, the one people usually have above the stove or in other places in the kitchen. Not Quite as wide as the microwave usually span across he entire stove, so this one does not. It is not as wide. Overall a top choice if you’re looking for a commercial countertop convection oven that can reliably run countless times per day in the long term.

MY REVIEW
This oven is one of the best investments I’ve made in appliances, it has saved me more time and money than what it cost to get it.
There are many times a full-sized oven is too large and a toaster oven too small to cook or warm up some food, and the Breville is the perfect size that does it all while conserving energy and time, with great results using convection heating. Temperature and time can be digitally changed during operation, and the heat of the oven can be used to dry instruments and dishes placed on top of it.
Comes with a rack that fits at any of three levels, top for broiling, middle, and bottom for browning crusts (pizza, pies, etc). Useful “keep warm” function can be used for re-heating leftovers and thawing, and is especoially good for re-heating rolls, pastries, pies, and muffins without causing them to dry out or get rubbery the way microwaving does.
Alternatively, the “bake” function can be set to 160F or lower and timed for hours for very slow cooking and roasting. All of these flexible functions are done within this relatively small compartment, less than twice the size of a small toaster oven (e.g., Panasonic infra-red), ideal for efficient and convenient cooking with uniform, great results without the need for a full-sized oven.

This toaster oven utilizes convection technology, allowing for faster and more even cooking compared to traditional ovens. It features bake and broil settings, a convenient 2-hour auto shutoff, and comes with essential accessories like a removable drip tray, rotisserie skewer and lifter, two racks, two baking pans, and a broiler rack. The easy-to-use contoured knobs enhance safety and maneuverability, making cooking a breeze.

MY REVIEW
Yes, this thing is BIG, but it fits just fine in the corner.
I made blueberry muffins (cake mix with berries placed on top of the dough) and they turned out much nice than I had ever managed to make before.
Never used a convection oven before, but the fan was quiet and end product great, although I had to stay around and bake the muffins longer because the temp isn’t spot on. I’ll just have to work with it because I’m very happy with my monster toaster.
Other than a giant roasting pan or taller dutch oven, everything fits, even pizza. I haven’t used my regular oven since I bought this. Once I figured out how to use it (a bit confusing) it performed very well. I monitored temperature with an oven thermometer, thinking I would have to adjust up or down since the temperature dial didn’t seem like it could be truly accurate. The temperatures were spot on and consistent throughout the cooking process. I do think food cooks a little faster compared to a regular oven. Now I actually realize how badly my full size oven cooks.
How to Choose the Best Commercial Countertop Convection Oven
1. Capacity and Size
Determine the volume of food you plan to prepare regularly. If your business needs high output, go for models that can hold multiple pans at once. For smaller operations, a compact model may offer adequate space without crowding your kitchen.
2. Power and Temperature Range
Higher wattage typically means quicker heating and cooking times. Look for ovens with adjustable temperature settings that align with your cooking needs, such as baking, roasting, and broiling, to ensure versatility.
3. Build Quality and Durability
Commercial ovens need to withstand daily use, so invest in stainless steel models with robust construction. Check for high-quality doors and handles to ensure longevity.
4. Ease of Use and Maintenance
Consider user-friendly controls and programmable settings that simplify operation. Ovens with removable racks and non-stick interiors will be easier to clean, saving time in busy environments.
5. Versatility and Special Features
Some models offer additional features like digital controls, interior lights, and multiple cooking modes. Depending on your needs, these features can enhance functionality and efficiency.
6. Budget
Set a budget that matches your needs but remember that investing in a durable and efficient model can save costs in the long term due to reliability and energy efficiency.
