We've paired our popular Half Sheet with a custom nesting, oven-safe, nonstick grid. Ideal for crisping, roasting or broiling, the grid doubles as a cooling rack for baked goods as well. Baked goods rise and bake evenly due to aluminums superior heat conductivity and the reinforced encapsulated steel rim prevents warping. The included nonstick grid lifts food off the pan surface, allowing air to circulate, creating crisp finished products with ease. Pan exterior dimensions 17.9 x 12.9 x 1 inches and interior dimensions 17.1 x 12.1 inches. Grid measures 16.9 x 11.5 x 0.9 inches. Easy clean up, hand wash only.
