These parts are Not Coated. The auger features AVI Technology (Advanced Variable Intake) and, when combined with the 2 1/8 inch, High Capacity Meat Tray Feeder opening, you are capable of grinding larger portion sizes of meat in much shorter time. These parts should NOT be washed in the dishwasher, but should be washed with a mild detergent (like Dawn Liquid) and hot water, towel dried and stored in a dry place. |
