You already know that we believe that "any time is a good time for a trip anywhere", but it is true that, if you think about it, there are months that are more favorable than others and June is one of the best .
The weather is good, without being too hot, it is not yet the height of the season so prices are still contained and the vast majority of people hope to travel in the central months of summer, which means not having to share places with hundreds of other tourists.

1. Aeolian Islands
Ever since we visited them a few years ago, we have been dying to come back and stay here for a few days. The Aeolian Islands are one of the most surprising, magnetic and attractive corners of Italy that we have ever visited. They do not enjoy the fame of other places in the Belpaese, such as the Amalfi Coast or Cinque Terre, but we assure you that they have nothing to envy.
This archipelago made up of 7 islands (Stromboli, Panarea, Filicudi, Alicudi, Vulcano, Salina and Lipari) is located off the coast of Sicily and Calabria and can be visited with daily mini-cruises that depart from different ports and take you to see 2-3 islands, or better yet, spend several days (or even weeks) exploring all their charms.
You cannot miss the island of Stromboli , which, with its active volcano, is undoubtedly the most popular and special image of the entire archipelago. Just a year ago we were crossing the border of Ecuador on our way to Peru, it was June and we enjoyed this country like few other places. So, indeed, this month is ideal to discover the heart of the Inca world in Latin America.

3. Montenegro
Montenegro is that strange little country in the Balkans, sandwiched between Croatia, Bosnia, Serbia, Kosovo and Albania, which usually amazes everyone who visits it. And not precisely because of its capital, Podgorica … escape from there as soon as you can and head for the Adriatic coast , where medieval cities with a Venetian past await you, such as Kotor , the southernmost fjord in Europe, coastal villages with stone houses and flowers, and a quiet lifestyle that helps you recharge your batteries.

4. Malaysian Borneo
Malaysia is one of our Asian weaknesses: we have always found it to be a super interesting country, with a brutal cultural mix and endless activities to do. But if you already know Peninsular Malaysia or prefer to opt for an original adventure that will make you feel like a Tarzan of the Jungle, a trip through Malaysian Borneo has all the papers to make a dent in your heart.

5. Orlando and its parks

6. Baltic Capitals
A few years ago we had the opportunity to take a trip around the Baltic Capitals and we both agreed that they seemed like an original destination, easy to visit and very charming . We particularly liked Tallinn, the capital of Estonia, but Riga (Latvia) and Vilnius (Lithuania) are also worth a visit (even if it's just a quick one).
In addition, you don't need much time to organize a getaway in this area, as they are well connected and you won't waste time on transfers, so it's the perfect fit for a short break from routine . But if you want to extend your trip, we assure you that it won't be a bad idea: you can take advantage of it to get to know these 3 countries in more depth, or even get on a cruise and sail across the Baltic Sea to other cities such as Helsinki or Stockholm .

7. Mallorca
June is a spectacular month to travel to the Balearic Islands, although in this case we focus on the largest of the archipelago: Mallorca. With more than 500 km of coastline, it is clear that a paradise of beaches awaits you... but not only that , in Mallorca you will find caves that leave you breathless , stone villages where walking is a real luxury, Palma de Mallorca with its majestic cathedral, hiking routes in the beautiful Sierra de Tramontana and delicious cuisine that promises to make you enjoy every bite.
